Validation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Validation Engineer to join our team at Catalent. The Validation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a larger team.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in validation engineering. They must have a comprehensive understanding of validation processes and quality systems, as well as experience in test and inspection methods. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain validation plans, protocols, and reports according to industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Analyze and evaluate validation test results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Monitor process changes and develop new validation protocols as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validation objectives are met.
5. Develop and maintain validation systems that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
6. Troubleshoot validation issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
7. Monitor and document process and equipment performance to ensure consistent quality.
8. Develop and update validation-related SOPs and ensure compliance.
9. Support process and product development activities and provide technical guidance to other departments.
10. Perform periodic reviews of validation documentation and ensure accuracy.
