Job Description

Catalent is searching for a dedicated and experienced Technicien(ne) Contrôle Qualité to join our team on a 6-month CDD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.   1. Conduct quality control testing on pharmaceutical products, including raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  2. Perform visual inspections, physical tests, and chemical analyses to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  3. Follow established procedures and protocols for sample preparation, testing, and documentation.
  4. Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities in product quality or processes to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
  6. Support investigations of out-of-specification results and provide technical expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including proper documentation and record keeping.
  9. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary support and information as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control and implement best practices to continuously improve processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior staff members on quality control techniques and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing regular updates on quality control activities and any issues that arise.
  13. Contribute to the development and review of standard operating procedures and quality control protocols.
  14. Promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of adherence to standards and procedures.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Previous Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Fda And Other Regulatory Agency Requirements.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
