  1. Conduct testing and analysis of advanced technologies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve processes and procedures for technology development and maintenance.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all testing and development activities.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates and progress reports.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
  8. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and developments in order to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  10. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  11. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  12. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: A Technician Ii At Catalent Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Technical Principles And Equipment Used In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Software, Machinery, And Processes Related To Drug Development And Manufacturing.

  • Experience In A Gmp Environment: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) Environment. This Ensures They Are Familiar With The Strict Regulations And Quality Standards That Govern Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Technician Ii, One Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Solve Technical Issues That May Arise During The Drug Development Process. This Requires Strong Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Work Independently To Find Solutions.

  • Attention To Detail: In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Even The Smallest Error Can Have Serious Consequences. A Technician Ii Should Have A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Processes Are Executed Accurately And According To Established Protocols.

  • Team Player: While Technicians May Work Independently At Times, They Are Also An Integral Part Of A Larger Team. Candidates Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively, Collaborate With Others, And Contribute To A Positive And Productive Work Environment.
