Job Description

As a Technician in our Biomanufacturing Central Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our biologics manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and ensuring the smooth functioning of our central services equipment.   1. Operate and maintain central services equipment, including but not limited to autoclaves, bioreactors, chromatography systems, and filtration systems.
  2. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
  3. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment for production.
  4. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and coordinate with procurement to order replenishments as needed.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing personnel regarding central services equipment and processes.
  6. Perform data analysis and document results accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of central services operations.
  9. Train new technicians and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biomanufacturing technology to improve processes and procedures within the central services team.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of central services operations with overall manufacturing processes.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on equipment status, issues, and improvements.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety in all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Biomanufacturing Or Central Services Role.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Environment.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Familiarity With Equipment And Processes Used In Biomanufacturing.
