- Oversee all customer service operations for the supply chain department.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Supply Chain, Or Logistics Management.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Supply Chain And Customer Service, Such As Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Iso 9001.
