Supervisor, Quality Control

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor, Quality Control to join Catalent's Quality Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Control technicians to ensure that the quality of products meets all regulatory and customer requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or related) and at least three years of experience in Quality Control in a regulated environment. You should be able to demonstrate strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Monitor and report quality metrics such as customer complaints and production issues.
8. Train and mentor Quality Control team members in best practices and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with established safety regulations.
10. Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
