Specialist, QA Validation & Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain quality processes and programs throughout the organization.
2. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Perform self-inspection and audit activities to ensure compliance.
4. Prepare and review validation documents such as protocols, SOPs, reports, and other related documents.
5. Monitor and investigate quality complaints and customer feedback.
6. Track and report on quality metrics.
7. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
10. Recommend and implement process improvements.
