  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on all HR related matters.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing their HR needs and concerns.
  4. Conduct regular workforce analysis and provide insights to drive organizational effectiveness.
  5. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
  7. Partner with leaders to identify and develop key talent, and create succession plans for critical roles.
  8. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  9. Manage the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  10. Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  11. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives and projects.
  14. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's culture and values, promoting a positive and engaged workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Hrbp Or Senior Hr Generalist Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With All Levels Of Employees.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
