- Lead the development of complex drug formulations for pharmaceutical clients
- Optimize drug delivery and enhance product stability through innovative formulation techniques
- Utilize strong scientific knowledge and expertise to develop novel formulations that improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute formulation development experiments
- Analyze and interpret data to inform formulation decisions and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in formulation development to continuously improve processes and techniques
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for drug development and formulation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet timelines and deliver high-quality products
- Train and mentor junior formulation scientists on best practices and techniques
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting data and updates to clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve formulation processes and procedures for increased efficiency and productivity.
Advanced Degree In Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Formulation Development In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Current Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards For Drug Product Development.
Experience With A Variety Of Dosage Forms, Including Solid Oral, Liquid, And Parenteral Formulations.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects, Including Developing Timelines, Managing Resources, And Communicating With Cross-Functional Teams.
