Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for excellence and a focus on innovation.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of five years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or related roles. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of lean processes and a proven track record of driving results. The ideal candidate should also have a strong customer focus, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Lead continuous improvement efforts and manage process improvement initiatives.
2. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to process challenges.
4. Develop and implement lean processes and procedures.
5. Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure that goals are being met.
6. Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet them.
7. Create reports and present findings to senior management.
8. Develop and implement effective training programs for new employees.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
