- Develop and implement a comprehensive global ERP transformation strategy for Catalent, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for ERP transformation, including supply chain planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for the ERP transformation strategy.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of the ERP system, working closely with external vendors and internal IT teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the ERP transformation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and integration of the new ERP system across all global locations.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of the ERP transformation, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Provide guidance and support to regional planning teams during the ERP implementation process, ensuring consistency and standardization across all operations.

Extensive Experience In Global Supply Chain Management: A Senior Director Of Global Planning & Erp Transformation At Catalent Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices.
