  1. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments and processes at Catalent, utilizing various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies and techniques, providing guidance and training to team members at all levels.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Catalent's operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions that optimize workflow and reduce waste.
  5. Conduct data analysis and utilize performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress towards established goals and targets.
  6. Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings, encouraging collaboration and idea generation from team members.
  7. Use problem-solving skills to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and develop solutions to address them.
  8. Monitor and report on the success of continuous improvement initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and achievements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to process improvement, and integrate innovative ideas into Catalent's improvement strategies.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, encouraging and supporting team members to identify and implement process enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Kaizen.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry Is Preferred.
