Senior Analytical Chemist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team at Catalent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a leading global provider of advanced delivery technologies and development solutions for drugs, biologics, and consumer health products.The Senior Analytical Chemist will be responsible for providing expertise in analytical chemistry, method development, validation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chromatography, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques, as well as experience in cGMP and/or GLP environments.We are looking for a candidate with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, who is ambitious and has a passion for technical excellence. Candidates should have excellent organizational and project management skills, and experience leading and mentoring other analytical chemists. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise in analytical chemistry, method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
2. Utilize chromatography, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques.
3. Work in cGMP and/or GLP environments.
4. Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Lead and mentor other analytical chemists.
6. Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills.
7. Maintain a high level of technical excellence.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
9. Prepare and review standard operating procedures and other technical documents.
10. Investigate and resolve analytical and technical issues.
