- Conduct research and development activities to support the analytical development of pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of drug substances and drug products.
- Utilize advanced laboratory techniques and instrumentation to perform analytical testing.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug development projects and meet project timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytical development to continuously improve processes and methods.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of experiments and results in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train junior team members on analytical techniques and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management to provide updates on project progress and results.
- Contribute to project teams by providing scientific expertise and recommendations for problem-solving.
- Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Method Development And Validation.
Strong Understanding Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements.
Proficiency In Various Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectroscopy.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
