  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in quality standards to ensure continuous compliance.
  5. Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance procedures and standards.
  6. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product non-conformance issues.
  7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate and report on quality assurance activities and results to senior management.
  10. Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and compliance matters.
  12. Mentor and coach junior quality team members to ensure a strong and capable team.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
  15. Participate in new product development and launch activities to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp), And Quality Management Systems (Qms).

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Trends To Ensure Compliance And Drive Continuous Improvement.
