  1. Conduct quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  3. Perform data analysis and interpret results to identify any potential quality issues.
  4. Communicate any quality issues or deviations to the appropriate departments and assist in investigating and resolving them.
  5. Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  7. Prepare and review documentation, including test methods, protocols, and reports, to maintain accurate and complete records.
  8. Participate in method development and validation to continuously improve the quality control process.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality system.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and R&D, to support product development and process improvement projects.
  14. Attend and participate in team meetings and provide updates on quality control activities.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Relevant Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, Uv-Vis, And Dissolution Testing.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document And Analyze Data.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
