Job Description

Catalent is looking for an experienced Quality Control Chemist to join our team and uphold our commitment to producing safe and effective products. The Quality Control Chemist will ensure that all products meet our high standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for quality control.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. They must have a firm understanding of chemical testing methods and be able to interpret and report results. In addition, the Quality Control Chemist must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all products meet Catalent's high standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Interpret and report results of chemical testing methods.
  3. Maintain a working knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and procedures.
  4. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  5. Monitor and document quality control processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the quality control system.
  8. Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
  9. Perform regular audits and inspections of product quality.
  10. Assist with research and development of new products.
