  1. Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.
  2. Develop and validate analytical methods to be used in quality control testing.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis and reporting of quality control results.
  4. Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments used in quality control testing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot any quality control issues that may arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
  7. Participate in the review and revision of quality control procedures and protocols.
  8. Train and mentor junior quality control staff.
  9. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality control activities.
  10. Communicate any quality control concerns or issues to management in a timely manner.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality control methods and technologies.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the laboratory.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D and manufacturing, to ensure timely and efficient release of products.
  15. Act as a representative for the quality control department in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy)

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Analytical Testing Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Fda Or Other Regulatory Agency Inspections

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With Experience In A Variety Of Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Dissolution Testing

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
