- Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods to be used in quality control testing.
- Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis and reporting of quality control results.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments used in quality control testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot any quality control issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Participate in the review and revision of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality control activities.
- Communicate any quality control concerns or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality control methods and technologies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the laboratory.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D and manufacturing, to ensure timely and efficient release of products.
- Act as a representative for the quality control department in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions and responsibilities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy)
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Analytical Testing Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Fda Or Other Regulatory Agency Inspections
Strong Analytical Skills, With Experience In A Variety Of Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Dissolution Testing
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
