Quality Assurance Specialist

At Catalent, we are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that all processes, products, and procedures meet the highest standards of quality for our customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, including experience with cGMP, cGLP, and/or cGCP. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and adhere to cGMP, cGLP, and cGCP standards in all quality assurance processes.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure consistent product quality.
4. Perform quality inspections and tests on products and processes to evaluate performance and accuracy.
5. Analyze data and review test results to identify and troubleshoot any issues.
6. Document quality assurance activities and results in accordance with company procedures.
7. Monitor and review production processes to ensure they are in compliance with quality standards.
8. Investigate customer complaints and other quality-related issues.
9. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
10. Train staff on quality assurance processes.
