Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate the quality of the products produced by the company
2. Monitor and assess the quality assurance processes and procedures
3. Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with FDA regulations and standards
4. Create, maintain, and update quality assurance documents and reports
5. Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action as needed
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure quality control and improve processes
7. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance processes
8. Monitor and review internal and external audits
9. Create and review quality assurance programs and initiatives
10. Maintain a safe and orderly working environment
