This role is crucial to ensuring that our products meet the high standards of quality and safety that our clients and consumers expect. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems.   1. Conduct quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve quality documentation and records.
  3. Perform audits of manufacturing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Identify and report any quality issues or deviations to management and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards and ensure that all products and processes are in compliance.
  6. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in all aspects of production.
  7. Train and supervise other quality assurance team members to ensure consistent and accurate quality inspections.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality systems and processes.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  10. Monitor and analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  11. Keep accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities and results.
  12. Represent the company in customer and regulatory audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all safety and quality standards and report any potential hazards or issues to management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines.

  • Previous Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Manufacturing Environment.

  • Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills.
