Quality Assurance Associate

We are looking for an energetic and organized Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Catalent. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality product. Our ideal Quality Assurance Associate will possess the following qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role • Proficiency with FDA regulations, ISO, and GMP compliance • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAs a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality. You will be a key player in identifying any discrepancies and initiating corrective action when needed. You will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate reports as well as reviewing and approving product batches. 5. Review and approve product batches prior to release.
6. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control objectives are met.
8. Keep up to date with industry standards and regulations.
9. Monitor product performance and evaluate customer feedback.
10. Investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to product quality.
