Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
