Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, And Experience Implementing Them In A Fast-Paced Environment.
