Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.
Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, And The Ability To Adapt To Different Project Management Approaches As Needed.
