  1. Facilitate project planning and execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively communicating with team members to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for project tracking and analysis.
  4. Communicate project updates and objectives to team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
  5. Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, supporting the project team in achieving project objectives and making informed decisions.
  6. Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective use of team members' time and skills.
  7. Collaborate with project managers to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
  8. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by conducting thorough reviews and coordinating with quality assurance teams.
  9. Monitor project budget and expenses, identifying potential cost savings and communicating any budget issues to project managers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes at Catalent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, And Proficiency In Project Management Software.
