High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Production Helper At Catalent Must Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Ensure Basic Understanding Of Math, Reading, And Writing Skills.
Prior Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment: It Is Preferred That A Production Helper At Catalent Has Prior Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment To Understand The Processes And Procedures Involved In The Job.
Physical Ability To Perform Manual Labor: The Role Of A Production Helper Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Operating Machinery. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have The Physical Ability To Perform These Tasks.
