  1. Oversee the pre-production process for all products, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Manage the label control process, including reviewing and approving label designs, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-production tasks.
  4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pre-production and label control processes, continuously improving and streamlining workflows.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and information for pre-production activities.
  7. Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
  8. Train and mentor team members on pre-production and label control processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality work.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to pre-production and label control, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  10. Clearly communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Production Or Labeling Control Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda And Cgmp Regulations, As Well As Labeling Requirements For Various Product Types.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams, Including Production, Quality Control, And Regulatory Compliance.
