Planner II - Supply Chain

1. Develop and maintain accurate supply plans and schedules for products, taking into account inventory levels, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify potential risks and proactively address any issues that may impact product delivery.
4. Utilize project management skills to lead and support supply chain improvement initiatives, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions.
5. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate communication of supply chain information.
6. Maintain and update product and supplier information in the system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
7. Support the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize product availability and minimize excess inventory.
8. Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiencies and reduce costs.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning and project management and apply them to enhance our processes and strategies.
