As a Pharmaceutical Technician I, you will play a critical role in the production of life-saving medications and treatments. We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, previous laboratory or manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.   1. Perform various tasks related to the production of pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in production.
  4. Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of production goals.
  6. Document all production activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure product quality and safety.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Receive and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  10. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to pharmaceutical production.
  11. Maintain inventory levels of production materials and supplies.
  12. Adhere to company values and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  13. Actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting any safety hazards.
  14. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development to advance within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Pharmaceutical Technician I At Catalent Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform The Job Responsibilities.

  • Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Environment: Candidates With Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Environment Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Industry And The Processes Involved. This Experience Can Also Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Regulated Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp And Sops: Catalent Follows Strict Regulations And Guidelines Set By The Fda, Including Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Standard Operating Procedures (Sops). A Candidate With Knowledge Of These Regulations And Procedures Will Be Better Equipped To Perform The Job Responsibilities Effectively.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Pharmaceutical Technician I, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. This Role Involves Handling And Measuring Small Quantities Of Ingredients And Following Precise Instructions. A Candidate With A Keen Eye For Detail Will Be Able To Ensure Accuracy And Quality In Their Work.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Pharmaceutical Technicians At Catalent Work Closely With A Team To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Production Line. Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential For Effective Collaboration And Problem-Solving. Additionally, Technicians May Also Need To Communicate With Other Departments, Such As Quality Control Or Packaging, So Strong Communication Skills Are A Must.
