- Perform various tasks related to the production of pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in production.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Document all production activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure product quality and safety.
- Continuously monitor and assess production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Receive and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to pharmaceutical production.
- Maintain inventory levels of production materials and supplies.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Pharmaceutical Technician I At Catalent Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform The Job Responsibilities.
Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Environment: Candidates With Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Environment Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Industry And The Processes Involved. A Candidate With Knowledge Of These Regulations And Procedures Will Be Better Equipped To Perform The Job Responsibilities Effectively.
Attention To Detail: As A Pharmaceutical Technician I, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. This Role Involves Handling And Measuring Small Quantities Of Ingredients And Following Precise Instructions. A Candidate With A Keen Eye For Detail Will Be Able To Ensure Accuracy And Quality In Their Work.
