  1. Operate packaging machines to ensure the timely and efficient packaging of products.
  2. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal output.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
  6. Ensure products are packaged according to company standards and specifications.
  7. Inspect finished products for quality and address any defects or issues.
  8. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate production schedules and address any concerns.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the packaging process.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  11. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry regulations.
  12. Train new employees on machine operation and company procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production processes.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  15. Act as a positive and professional representative of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience Operating Packaging Machinery: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating Packaging Equipment In A Manufacturing Or Pharmaceutical Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Packaging Processes And Materials: A Strong Understanding Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Equipment Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Different Types Of Packaging Materials, Such As Blister Packs, Bottles, And Tubes, And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues That May Arise During Packaging.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Packaging Machine Operator, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure That Products Are Packaged Accurately And According To Specifications. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Defects Or Issues With The Packaging.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: This Role Requires Candidates To Have A Good Understanding Of Machinery And Equipment, Including How To Operate, Maintain, And Troubleshoot Them. Candidates Should Have A Mechanical Aptitude And Be Comfortable Working With Tools And Equipment.
