Job Description

Catalent is looking for an experienced and motivated Metrology Engineer, Analytical Instrumentation to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting analytical instrumentation, as well as developing and maintaining standards and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Physics, and at least two years of experience in a metrology or analytical instrumentation role. You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.If you have a passion for precision and a commitment to excellence, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation.
  2. Develop and maintain standards and procedures.
  3. Analyze data and provide technical support.
  4. Monitor instrument performance and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy of results.
  6. Research and implement new technologies and processes.
  7. Ensure that all instruments meet regulatory and safety requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain training materials for instrumentation users.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.
  10. Monitor instrument inventory and coordinate with vendors for parts and supplies.

Job Qualifications
