1. Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
2. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
3. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
6. Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
7. Keep detailed and accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of projects.

10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
