- Oversee the production process and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
- Lead a team of manufacturing operators and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to maintain smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ensure a high-performing and engaged team
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on production progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment: A Manufacturing Team Leader At Catalent Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Production Processes, Quality Control Procedures, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Production Goals. They Should Also Have Experience In Training And Developing Team Members To Improve Performance And Productivity.
Knowledge Of Gmp And Fda Regulations: Catalent Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Manufacturing Team Leader Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Documentation, Record-Keeping, And Quality Control Processes.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manufacturing Team Leader Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Management, And Other Departments. They Should Also Have The Ability To Identify And Solve Problems Quickly And Efficiently.
Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The Manufacturing Team Leader Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Production Lines And Ensuring That Production Schedules Are Met. Therefore, Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage Resources And Meet Production Targets.
