The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure the highest-quality product is produced in a timely manner. You should also be comfortable working with computers and implementing new technologies to further improve production.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, and a proven track record of leading successful projects. Furthermore, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally are a must.
