- Operate and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing process, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to accurately produce and document products.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and trade secrets.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Associate At Catalent Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Ged Equivalent To Demonstrate A Basic Level Of Education And Critical Thinking Skills.
Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Familiarity With Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Quality Control Procedures.
Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Manufacturing Associate Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Precision In Production Processes. Candidates Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Follow Strict Protocols And Procedures.
Ability To Work In A Team: Manufacturing Associates At Catalent Will Work As Part Of A Team, And Therefore Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Supervisors. The Ability To Collaborate And Work Well With Others Is Essential For Success In This Role.
Physical Stamina And Flexibility: The Role Of A Manufacturing Associate Can Involve Long Periods Of Standing, Lifting, And Repetitive Tasks. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks For Extended Periods. Flexibility In Work Schedule And Ability To Work Overtime Or Weekends May Also Be Required.
