1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain operations for Catalent, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in supply chain planning and execution.
5. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
6. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure open communication and collaboration.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance Catalent's supply chain processes.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
