Job Description

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design? Do you have a strong eye for aesthetics and a knack for translating branding concepts into visually appealing labels? If so, Catalent is seeking a talented Label Designer to join our team! As a Label Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for our diverse client base, utilizing your expertise in graphic design and packaging.   1. Design visually appealing and innovative labels for a variety of projects for our clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand branding concepts and translate them into effective label designs.
  3. Use graphic design skills to create high-quality labels that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  4. Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously improve label designs.
  5. Understand and adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all label designs.
  6. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  8. Work closely with production and packaging teams to ensure label designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  9. Provide creative input and suggest improvements for label designs.
  10. Maintain organized files and records of label designs and revisions.
  11. Continuously improve skills and knowledge in label design and stay updated on industry developments.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure label designs align with overall product packaging and branding strategies.
  14. Proactively identify and address design issues or challenges and provide solutions.
  15. Attend project meetings and present label designs to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field: A Degree In Graphic Design Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Label Designer Job At Catalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Design Principles And Techniques.

  • Attention To Detail: As Labels Often Contain Important Information Such As Product Ingredients And Dosage Instructions, Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Label Designer At Catalent. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate A Keen Eye For Accuracy And Consistency In Their Designs.

  • Understanding Of Fda Regulations: Catalent Is A Pharmaceutical Company, So Knowledge Of Fda Regulations Related To Label Design Is Important For This Role.
