- Lead and manage various IT projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress with stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members.
- Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Implement project management best practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Train and mentor team members on project management methodologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle, Project Management Methodologies, And It Infrastructure.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing It Projects From Initiation To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.
