
Human Resources Generalist

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for employee retention.
- Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
- Advise and assist employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR objectives are aligned with company goals.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership on areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Pharmaceutical Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience With Hris Systems, Recruiting And Onboarding Processes, And Employee Relations.
