Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Senior Manager, Integrations to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team at Catalent! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the integrations of various HR systems and applications.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of our integrations strategy and bring our HRIS capabilities and applications to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining integrations, as well as a strong understanding of HRIS systems and technologies.We’re looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with the HRIS team, other IT teams, and business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HRIS integrations• Expertise in HRIS systems and technologies, such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as SOAP, REST, and web services• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Excellent customer service skillsIf you’re a driven individual with a passion for HRIS systems and integrations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, develop, and implement HR systems and applications integrations.
  2. Collaborate with the HRIS team, other IT teams, and business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations.
  3. Provide outstanding customer service.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS systems and applications.
  5. Analyze existing integrations and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain documentation on processes and procedures related to integrations.
  7. Stay up to date on emerging technologies related to HRIS systems and integrations.
  8. Provide training and support for HRIS systems and applications.
  9. Create and implement plans to improve the efficiency, scalability, and security of integrations.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
