Glassware Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Glassware Technician to join our team at Catalent. As a Glassware Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the proper cleaning and maintenance of glassware and other laboratory equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge of laboratory glassware and have experience in working in a laboratory setting. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Two years working in a laboratory setting• Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory glassware and related equipment• Ability to work effectively in a team setting• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to read and understand technical documents and safety protocols• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain glassware and other laboratory equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
2. Monitor and inspect all glassware and related equipment to ensure they meet safety protocols.
3. Read and understand technical documents and safety protocols related to glassware and equipment.
4. Assist with troubleshooting issues related to glassware and equipment.
5. Maintain accurate records and documents related to glassware and equipment maintenance.
6. Provide training and guidance to other staff on the proper use and maintenance of glassware and equipment.
7. Work in a team setting and effectively communicate with other staff.
8. Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform duties.
