As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance our operational efficiency and drive business growth. This role requires a strong track record of success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and a deep understanding of the consumer health industry.   1. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies for the Consumer Health division, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of continuous improvement professionals to effectively execute improvement initiatives.
  3. Conduct regular analysis of current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  5. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of improvement projects.
  8. Communicate progress and results of continuous improvement efforts to senior management and other stakeholders.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement to continuously enhance processes and strategies.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable continuous improvement team within the Consumer Health division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma, In A Pharmaceutical Or Consumer Health Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives That Result In Significant Cost Savings And Operational Efficiencies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Continuous Improvement Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
