  8. Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  9. Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  11. Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  12. Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
  13. Handle escalated customer service issues and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  14. Manage the customer service budget and allocate resources effectively.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to customer service team members.
  16. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the customer service team.
  17. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet customer service objectives.
  18. Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company.
  19. Resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
