  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and address their concerns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of complaint investigations and resolutions.
  5. Monitor complaint trends and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in handling complaints.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and take necessary actions to prevent or mitigate them.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to customer complaints.
  10. Train and mentor team members on complaint handling processes and procedures.
  11. Continuously improve complaint handling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  13. Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
  14. Attend meetings and participate in projects related to complaint handling and customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with customers.
