  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Train and mentor production staff on proper procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and accurate production processes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in production technology to make recommendations for process improvements

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Or Chemical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Industry.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve In A Fast-Paced Production Setting.

  • Excellent Organization And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask Effectively.
