  1. Accurately and efficiently process and generate invoices for clients on a timely basis.
  2. Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment from clients.
  3. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing and accounts receivable inquiries and issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
  7. Follow up on past due accounts and work towards resolving any outstanding balances.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in billing and accounts receivable processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to billing and accounts receivable.
  10. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as accounting and billing standards.
  12. Mentor and train new team members on billing and accounts receivable processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  14. Attend meetings and provide updates on billing and accounts receivable activities.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Billing And Accounts Receivable, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Billing And Collections Processes And Procedures, Including Experience With Invoicing, Payment Posting, And Account Reconciliations.

  • Proficiency In Using Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
