Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist II to join our Analytical Research & Development team. As an Associate Scientist II, you will play a key role in developing and validating analytical methods for pharmaceutical products at various stages of development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, as well as experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting.   1. Develop and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical products at various stages of development.
  2. Troubleshoot and optimize existing analytical methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug development programs.
  4. Perform analytical testing and data analysis to support product development and release.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all experiments and results.
  6. Participate in method transfer and method qualification activities.
  7. Stay updated with current industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  10. Communicate project updates and results to team members and management.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Analytical Methods.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Research And Development In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Analytical Techniques, Including Hplc, Gc, Spectroscopy, And Wet Chemistry Methods.

  • Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Transfer For Drug Substance And Drug Product.
