  1. Conduct experiments and perform laboratory work to support drug development projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
  3. Assist in developing and optimizing new methods and technologies for drug development.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and observations.
  5. Contribute to the writing and review of technical reports, protocols, and other scientific documents.
  6. Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends to inform project strategies and approaches.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  8. Communicate project updates, results, and challenges to team members and leadership.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  10. Contribute to the development of innovative pharmaceutical products that improve patient outcomes.
  11. Support the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  12. Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance scientific knowledge and skills.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and scientific excellence.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Regulatory Requirements.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Interpret Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
