  1. Perform downstream manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  4. Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records of production processes and results.
  5. Adhere to strict safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production progress, issues, and resolutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Downstream Processes.

  • Familiarity With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Regulatory Guidelines.

  • Strong Understanding Of Downstream Processing Techniques, Including Filtration, Chromatography, And Purification.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Setting.
